All medical aspects were excellent over the 3 nights (2 in December, 1 in January).
Some major problems in the core aspects
eg. 19/12 Linnet Ward - over 50 mins to answer call button
2/1 From 3.30pm until 10.30pm waiting for a bed on Falcon Ward - told 8 times it would be "5 to 10 minutes". Happy to discuss these & other items.
All the doctors and staff was very friendly and helpful and I was treated very very well. I'm very thankful to everyone.
The care and attention of all the staff was most noticeable and much appreciated. Thank you all.
Staff have been polite, efficient and professional in all cases of care. Made to feel welcome as soon as brought to ward.
Improvement?? The cleaner on duty Friday 21st Dec could do with a clean. This is very delicate I know, but...

I was v well looked after & felt priviledged to witness the superb level of care offered to the more elderly/vulnerable patients on my ward. Special attention to Tina, Lucy & Rosa. Sleeping was difficult due to other noisy patients who could have been sedated perhaps I don't know but I felt murderous!! All in all a not so unpleasant experience
Very good. Efficient. Friendly.
I was an inpatient for 7days. My care was very good overall. The essential care was available, eg. assisted hygiene, mouth care when not eating, medication on time, observations carried out. My only fault was communication from certain staff members. The majority were fantastic, others just did the job and went home.
Arrived at A&E at 9.15 am and was treated very quickly and efficiently. All staff from receptionist, radiographer and sister (Sara) were exceptionally pleasant and made me feel at ease in the assessment and treatment of my injury. Left A&E about 90 minuites later, fully satisified with the treatment I had received.
I am sure this level of service and care was achieved more from a genuine desire to deliver exceptional patient service than meeting government imposed targets.
Thanks to all for some great care
